Solution oriented supervisor

The experience I’ve accumulated over the years in different fields of mechanical industry is valued when managing teams and resources.
Clients have trusted me with supervising all operations from A to Z  with their teams of plumbers, electricians, installers, etc 
Communication and fast decision making process are essential when working with diverse teams.
Teams tend to always carry on with their own work, not being aware that they might make another team’s work difficult or even compromise it .
My role is to anticipate, plan  and follow up production in an appropriate manner, in order to avoid complications and reworking and ensure a flawless process.
My clients had always appreciated the rapid turnaround, the respect for resources and efficient solutions that I’m constantly trying to ensure.

While working as a project manager for 1.5 years at Unibroque microbrewery in Chambly, I supervised all the modification projects related processes mandated to the  engineering company in charge.

I had under my supervision the plumber, the sanitary pipe welder, the general contractor, as well as  electricians and mechanics.

Prior to starting OLINO, I gathered experience in the field of project management by working for 1.5 years for a construction company, specialized in telecommunication.

I had  under my supervision the plumber, the electrician, the telecommunication technician, the carpenter, the refrigeration technician and the fire safety technician.

I’ve also worked as a project manager for one year for  Microbrasserie Alchimiste. It was an expansion project which involved me in all the diverse aspects of such a complex job.

I had under my supervision the electrician, the plumber, the building mechanical technician, the electromechanical technician, the software programmer, the sanitary pipe welder, as well as the general entrepreneur.

I’ve also worked as a maintenance supervisor for several companies, having the chance to notice the strong and the weak points of different systems.
